Each role is essential to the success of our game, Flight of the Fallen, and offers a chance to collaborate closely with our dedicated team.
All positions are remote and revenue-share based until funding allows for more compensation. We’re actively preparing for our Kickstarter campaign and are seeking team members who are excited to grow with us as we bring this ambitious project to life.
🎨 Art & Design
Art Division
- 🎨 Responsibilities: Design high-quality 2D HD assets, including characters, items, and environmental elements. Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with our artistic vision.
- 🎯 Skills Needed: Proficiency in 2D design, experience in stylized art, and familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Procreate.
Writer
- ✒️ Responsibilities: Compose all the dialogue, storytelling, and worldbuilding of the game.
- 🎯 Skills Needed: Proficiency in content storytelling, worldbuilding, dialogue writing, creative direction, and creativity.
🛠️ Engineering
Game Developer
- ⚙️ Responsibilities: Develop core gameplay systems, ensure smooth performance, and optimize for 2D HD visuals in Unreal Engine 5.4. Collaborate with the design and art teams.
- 🎯 Skills Needed: Proficiency in C++/Blueprints, experience in Unreal Engine, and a good grasp of 2D game development.
Animation Division
- 🕹️ Responsibilities: Animate characters, assets, and scenes to enhance visual appeal and gameplay flow. Ensure animations are smooth, engaging, and contribute to storytelling.
- 🎯 Skills Needed: Proficiency in 2D animation software, experience with Unreal Engine animation systems, and a portfolio of relevant work.
Audio Division
